About Breitenstein Law Office
Our History
Breitenstein Law Office was founded in October of 2010. The attorney, MacKenzie Breitenstein, worked for a mid-size law firm in Des Moines, Iowa, and for the Iowa Attorney General's Office while she attended Drake University Law School. These experiences allowed her to see areas for improvement in the practice of law. Mrs. Breitenstein moved back to her home state of Indiana after graduation from law school, and she immediately saw an opportunity to provide exceptional legal service in her hometown of Rochester. The firm's office is currently located on Main Street across the street from the courthouse.
Our Goal
Breitenstein Law Office's goal is to provide affordable legal services with exceptional customer service. With this goal in mind, MacKenzie Breitenstein strives to provide several flat fee services and to keep her hourly rate low. In this way, more individuals and businesses can have access to legal counsel.
